| When exiting the garage, please be careful to watch for pedestrians crossing in front of the exit. There are mirrors located both to the left and right as you exit which are posiitoned in order that a driver can see the sidewalk areas to both sides of the exit. Please use them and proceed with caution! When in doubt, use your horn! |

| Never move another person's car. You place yourself in jeopardy of having the liability for damages and you place the building at even greater liability. Please call 314.436.7616 in advance of your leaving and our valet attendants will either bring your car to the first floor or meet you where your car is parked to aide you in getting out. |

| According to a survey by Colliers International, St. Louis' 2006 median monthly parking rate of $105 is about 45 percent less than the U.S. median of $152.38. And the city's median daily rate of $12 is also less than the national median of $15.38.
