Craig Peters took over in 1983 and has brought a professional approach to the property. Having worked for a wide range of ownerships, from family ownership to a multi-billion dollar pension fund, Craig brings a unique prospective to the property. A past president of The Building Managers and Owners Association of Metropolitan St. Louis as well as the Missouri State BOMA Coalition, he remains active in the Local, State and International Associations.He is also involved with the Downtown St. Louis Partnership and is a long time Downtown St. Louis activist. Sue Slocomb assists in the administrative and tenant relations duties of the management team. Sue has worked for the Locust Building since August of 2000, but was a tenant in the building for eight years prior. Her people skills and unique perspective are valuable assets greatly appreciated by our tenants and guests.
